I am a student studying classical viola in the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. I like to teach and share my passion of music amongst others. I can teach classical, pop and jazz music-whatever you find most suitable. For me the most important, is for you to come out of the lessons feeling inspired and enriched by music. If you are an absolute beginner, do not worry, we can find the best starting point for you.

As a passionate singer, I accompany you on your vocal journey with heart and expertise. In my lovingly designed lessons, we combine breathing techniques, speech training, singing and movement into a harmonious unit. I respond to YOUR needs. In my singing lessons, you and your individual needs are the focus. Together we design each lesson to suit you perfectly. We begin with gentle warm-up exercises to prepare your body and voice. We place particular emphasis on loosening the jaw and relaxing the entire body. For children, I integrate playful movements that make the lessons lively and varied. We then work on breathing techniques and support to make your voice sound powerful and free. As the lessons progress, we discover the unique sound of your voice together and apply what we have learned to songs of your choice. With children, I pay particular attention to their wishes and favorite songs to encourage the joy of singing.

Dear students, My name is Giacomo and I hold two Master of Arts in Music Performance, one in Rome and one from the "Zurcher Hochschule der Kunste" in Zurich. During my class lessons you'll learn the wonderful art of playing the violin, an incredible instrument! I have many years of experience with teaching, I do private lessons and I have worked as a teacher for "Tiziano Rossetti International Music Academy in Lugano" for several years. As a teacher my goal is to bring out the best version of my students, using their individual strenghts, which are different for each of them. It's a pleasure for me to teach to anybody who wants even just to discover the art of playing the violin. As a pedagogue, after one month experience in a meditation retreat in Thailand, my approach involves not only focusing on the technical development of the instrument but also paying close attention to the physical and mental well-being of my students. I incorporate meditation and yoga as key elements to ensure a pleasant and optimal experience with the instrument and with oneself.

I offer violin lessons at all levels. I teach in German, Polish and English. I have a higher musical education and am currently studying for my doctorate. I gained my chamber music and orchestral experience in the best German orchestras such as the Staatskapelle Berlin and the Bavarian Radio Orchestra Munich. Hi there, I'm a professional viola and violin teacher, teaching in person and online, in English, German or Russian. As well as instrumental teaching and ensemble coaching of all ages and levels over the last 12 years, I’ve led numerous professional workshops, including ‘Music First’ and ‘Music Masters’ in London and have taught on the Senior and Primary Arpeggione Viola Courses. As a member of the European String Teachers’ Association, I participated in their conferences across Europe, including at the European Parliament in 2018. I also prepare students for music exams, auditions and competitions at all levels, and work with them on music theory, aural and sight reading skills, and can accompany them the piano. Alongside my teaching I perform internationally as a soloist and chamber musician, including at Kings Place London, Elbphilharmonie Hamburg and Philharmonie Berlin. I am a Hattori Foundation and Villa Musica artist, winner of the Małopolska competition, the Barbirolli Prize at the Lionel Tertis International Viola Competition and the Len Lickorish Memorial Prize at the Royal Overseas League International Strings Competition. I hold a masters degree with first class honours from the class of Tabea Zimmermann at the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler Berlin, and Bachelors with the same distinction from the Royal Academy of Music in London, where I began in the primary department almost 20 years ago. I'm an avid chamber musician, and am a founding member of Ensemble Textura, a string ensemble based in Berlin, performing renowned works alongside experimental arrangements and lesser known masterpieces.
