Originaire d'Italie mais né en Suisse, Samuel alias Luca Torre fait début 1996 ses premiers pas dans la musique électronique pour laquelle il se découvre une véritable passion. Du trip-hop à la techno en passant par des sonorités plus architecturales comme le drum 'n' bass ou le brackcore. Luca a organisé et participé à plusieurs événements en Suisse, dans des lieux comme le Loft Lausanne ou encore la Dachkantine à Zurich où il a commencé à se faire connaître. Il arrive à Berlin en 2004 et continue à se consacrer à la musique en devenant ingénieur du son et sound designer. Son intérêt pour la synthèse et les systèmes modulaires l'amène à travailler pour la célèbre société Arturia où il développe ensuite des Presets. Il a également travaillé dans l'industrie cinématographique où il a participé à divers projets. Enchaîne quelques sorties en digital et vinyle sur plusieurs labels puis entame des collaborations avec divers artistes. 2016 est enfin l'arrivée de son grand projet de label. Après plusieurs années de réflexion il dirige enfin et possède le label Clock'Art Records où de belles surprises l'attendent. Sa carrière est actuellement dynamisée par sa passion, son talent et la reconnaissance des artistes techno célèbres qui ont participé à ses projets. Luca est un dj purement éclectique et avant-gardiste. Il est un véritable sound designer fanatique, autant qu'un architecte de nouvelles constructions sonores. C'est un véritable artiste qui continuera de nous impressionner pendant des années. Dabei wird der Fokus je nach Schüler unterschiedlich gelegt. Einer möchte gern Entspannung im Violinspiel finden. Ein anderer möchte gern ein bestimmtes Stück spielen können, weil es ihm gut gefällt. Ein dritter hat nach langer Zeit wieder die Geige ausgepackt. Ich selbst habe > 10 Jahre Geigenunterricht erhalten und studiere derzeit Bratsche/Viola am Konservatorium Bozen. Ich habe 7 Jahre Erfahrung im Unterrichten. Ich unterrichte klassische und auch elektrische Geige, immer auf den Schüler abgestimmt. Der Unterricht kann auch nach der Suzuki-Methode erfolgen. De afgelopen twintig jaar waren revolutionair voor de muziekproductie. Tegenwoordig kan je met je laptop en wat simpele randapparatuur zelf muziek opnemen, produceren en uitbrengen. Dit wordt gedaan met een muziekprogramma genaamd een DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) waarin je geluid kan bewerken. Maar zoals iedereen gemerkt heeft die zo'n programma opstart: dat valt nog niet mee! Honderden knoppen en menu's en een specifieke workflow zorgen ervoor dat je niet zomaar het gewenste geluid krijgt. Ik gebruik en geef les in twee van de meest gebruikte DAW's: Ableton Live en Studio One, waarmee we alle stappen doorlopen van het opnemen van geluid, het gebruiken van samples tot het bewerken en afmixen. Door mijn studies aan de Rockacademie en de afdeling Muziekwetenschap van de UU en mijn ruim tien jaar ervaring als professioneel gitarist, bassist en muziekproducer heb ik ruime kennis van alle aspecten van het werkveld.

While being a guitar teacher for many years I realized the demand for developing skills in recording, composing and producing one's own music using audio software. As our lives become more and more influenced by digitalisation, it is my belief that also our music education should adapt to this. So, whether you want to record your own ideas, make beats on your laptop, learn about synthesizers or audio production, feel free to reach out to me! My teaching method is based on developing your own creativity right from the start, while learning useful techniques and knowledge about audio software etc. on the way. I mainly use Ableton, but a lot can be done in GarageBand or even on your tablet or phone!
